• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code except as permitted by law.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant Kure-Cal a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

• Fees, billing cycles, and plan details are presented at checkout and may change with notice.
• Trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds (if any) are governed by the plan terms at purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KURE‑CAL AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kure‑Cal harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination
