Overview
Jack-o’-Lantern x Panther Hacks is a beginner-friendly, hands-on event presented by GDG on Campus Claflin University and Panther Hacks as part of MLH Hacktoberfest 2026. Participants will learn how open-source collaboration works, explore open-source artificial intelligence tools and projects, form teams, and apply their skills through a guided building challenge. Students of all experience levels are welcome, including those making their first open-source contribution. Mentors and organizers will be available throughout the event to help participants develop their ideas, solve technical problems, and prepare their projects for presentation.
