Many organizations use Jira to manage work, but still struggle to connect capacity planning, actual effort, and project costs. In this session, we’ll walk through a practical approach to bringing these perspectives together using ActivityTimeline. You’ll see how teams can move from disconnected data to a single view of planning, execution, and financial visibility, helping managers make more informed project and portfolio decisions.

With Unified Hubs and Atlassian's continued investment in Service Collection, enterprise organizations are actively rethinking their service management strategy and many are moving away from tools like ServiceNow. We'll open with a live Mentimeter poll to see where the room stands today on services and knowledge experience maturity, then share how Refined sees the next level of that experience taking shape across the Atlassian ecosystem. Drawing on our own migration solution, built together with

At the BBC, valuable knowledge lived across years of Confluence content, making it difficult for teams to know what was current, trusted, and useful. In this session, Alisa Guinina and Harry Eastwell share how the BBC is using Loom's asynchronous communication to capture and share knowledge more effectively, alongside Rovo and Al agents to turn an expanding knowledge base into a more governed, reliable resource for teams. Learn how the BBC's "Librarian" agent helps monitor and maintain Confluenc

Agents are transforming the way work gets done, but it won't happen without the right approach to change management. The shift in ways of working requires that we help our end-users on that journey. We’ll walk through the full workflow on the Atlassian Cloud Platform from Goals, to Ideation, and Backlog Delivery, whilst showcasing Rovo Agents support every step of the way. You'll leave the session with inspiration to get going with Rovo Agents for your teams and a blueprint for running sessions
"AI can generate, summarise, and automate, but it can’t act on instructions it doesn't understand. In this practical session, we'll look at how Loom helps teams capture the actual context behind an idea, handover, or decision so work doesn't stall. Through a live workflow, you'll see how video, screen capture, and AI connect ""what I mean"" to ""what happens next."" We'll show you how to replace unnecessary meetings with clear, asynchronous updates that actually move work forward. Key Takeaways:
